We deliver steel castings unit weight up to 120 t. Casting technology includes the following operations and equipment:

Steel melting in 15, 25 and 60-ton EAF and vacuum degassing of the steel in 70-ton VAD/VOD installations
Hand molding and molding line for castings of 3 to 5 t weight – molding with self-hardening mixtures on the basic of quartz sand, water glass, furan resin and a catalyst; casting molds implemented by means of chromate sand at the contact points between liquid steel and casting mold, as well as the thermal spots; exothermic and insulating materials for regulation of heat balanc
